The most pathetic cable TV service provider I have ever seen. Not only do you not get a notification that your cable contract is coming up, and you find out when you get your paper statement, they charge you the premium rate for the period between the day you contract ends and the day you receive the paper statement! They expect you to remember your account end date – just another scheme to make money because they know most people have better things to remember. Absolute crooks!
