hi this is a sort of a little bit complain between the consumer and O2 xda zinc in singapore.
It was then that we send our phone service centre due to the case that the phone has totally wet and black down the whole power system. a few days after sending our phone they give us a call and informing us the total huge amount stating that they need to change the whole Mother Board of my phone. So my answer to them is that “Dont Repair” when i get back my phone i tried to open my phone and clean the intire Mother Board and turn it On again, unfortunately it was a very good news for you that your product is really tested durable. But it is for you to know that is Big Disappointed and Ashame to have your People in Service Center that they dont mind the Consumer’s Best and Good for the Consumer.
