Why can't this pple understand that a simple system is always the best system. With the current fare structure.. we are left with 6-7am and 930am-500pm which is non-surcharge. Understandably, we can expect the taxi driver will take a rest and have their coffee from between 6-7am.. that makes it 930am-500pm only time for no surcharge. If so many has expressed that surcharge is the root of all the disappearing syndrome.. when can't they just raise on average 40% from current taxi fare and do away with the surcharge system? With simple structure, no incentive for commuter to wait for after 930am, or for taxi driver to wait for after 500pm to appear.. Why can't these pple get the point?
