		<description>The main reason for estate duty to disappear is that when you need to pay the estate duty, you need to &lt;b&gt;open all your books&lt;/b&gt; (all the money you have) before the government can compute your estate duty. 

Now, think about who can go anytime in the near future and have not been declaring their (unknown) assets for a very long time.

Yes, this is boring. This does not concern poor peasants at all. Alas, with this duty gone, peasants somehow do not know the real assets of some big time people when they pass on.</description>
